I've had mostly a great experience working with them. They are responsive and there are always shifts available. But a couple things that have made me a bit annoyed is that there have been a few times where I'd have shifts scheduled and they are confirmed for me to work and it's in my schedule. Then suddenly out of the blue a shift is not on your schedule any more and randomly has been taken off your schedule with no explanation and nobody seems to know what happened or why. The other issue I've come across is there have been several times where I'll accidently pick up a shift through the app ( fingers achieving hit accept shift or phone was in my pocket etc) I will tell the office that they were accidents and they say they will take care of removing them. But then like a week or so goes by and the accident shifts are still pending in my schedule. But n otherwise it is a good company

I highly recommend ASAP as a medical agency. Great communication with the office. Keanna and Kassidy are quick to get back to you. They also advocate for your availability and career goals. They have your back when working with facilities. It is also easy to find shifts and they are approved quickly.

ASAP is the best staffing agency in the Colorado and Nebraska area! I have had nothing but great experiences since working with them and they are so helpful anytime I have a question or issue. Keana is my manager and she is the such a great person to work with. Always there to help and to advocate for you when you need it’s The attitude and attention they give you as staff is very warm and motivating and makes you love what you do. I was able to find a shift with ASAP my first week starting and they do a great job at offering bonuses for last minute pickups as well. Overall a great staffing company with amazing staff.
